OneShare is a medical cost-sharing ministry providing a unique, affordable, ACA-exempt path to health care. OneShare Health is not insurance. With origins in the Anabaptist faith and a chaplain on staff, they are a Health Care Sharing Ministry that welcomes and unites those who agree with their core biblical principles and Statement of Beliefs relating to life, health, and caring for others.

- Monthly Contributions as low as $140 Individual, $225 Individual + One, $350 Family
- Only disqualifying question: Statement of Beliefs
- National network access: PHCS has over 1M providers
- Members should always reference PHCS when making an appointment or speaking with a doctor.
- Before enrolling, a member can check if their physician or specialist is in network.
- Hospital Only = Catastrophic Program
- Specific Services = Classic Basic Program
- Limited Benefit Plan = Classic Enhanced/Crown Program
- Full Network = Complete Program
- There is no guarantee medical expenses will be paid and members are responsible for the payment of their own medical bills. Medical bills are paid in accordance with our membership guidelines.
- Potential members must be aware that any funds they may receive do not come from insurance plans but are voluntary contributions by our members.
- One program change is allowed per program year, with no application fee. Any additional program change within the program year will include an application fee.
- The Producer or Member must submit a Program Change form. This will result in a new Effective Date with all sharing services starting over.

- OneShare launched nationally in September of 2018. We are a subsidiary of Anabaptist HealthShare which has been established for a longer time.
- Our home office is located in Irving, Texas.
- 24 month lookback and 24 month waiting period.
- Chronic Maintenance: PCP, Urgent Care, Labs and Specialist visits for chronic conditions are eligible on the Classic and Complete programs.
- Complete Program Only:
- Basic: 24/24 Pre-existing condition limitation.
- Enhanced: Sharing is eligible up to $10,000 after the ISA has doubled.
- Crown: Sharing is eligible up to $20,000 after the ISA has doubled.
- Pre-existing or recurring cancers are not eligible for sharing.
- Lifetime sharing maximum for cancer is $500,000.
- Chemotherapy and radiation are eligible for sharing, ISA applies.
- The member must be cancer free for 5 years prior to Effective Date.
- Then, all Newly Diagnosed Cancers are eligible for sharing.
