OneShare – Catastrophic

The Catastrophic Program is the most affordable Membership. It’s ideal for individuals who are in good health.

  • Prescription Discount Program – EnvisionRX

  • Emergency room visits

  • In/out patient surgery – eligible after 2 month waiting period

  • Hospitalization – 100% after ISA up to maximum per incident

  • Lifetime sharing maximum $300,000 / $500,000 / $1,000,000

OneShare – Classic

The Classic Program is the most popular Membership. A wide range of services designed to enhance wellness while sharing the essentials.

  • Preventive services

  • Primary care physician, pediatric, OB/GYN

  • Urgent care facility

  • Diagnostic / x-Ray / labs

  • Specialists visits

  • Maternity – available on Crown after 9 month waiting period

  • In/out patient surgery – eligible after 6 month waiting period

  • Hospitalization

The Complete Program is the most comprehensive Membership, ideal for families or individuals who want access to a broad range of sharing-eligible services to address ongoing health concerns or medical needs.
